Imagination-Building Exercise
Like any artist, I experience various states of creativity - both euphoria from good moments and satisfaction from my work, and disappointment and devastation from the fact that nothing works.

Elena Yermolenko – a self-taught artist from Zaporozhye, Ukraine. I am a design engineer and have a penchant for graphic techniques – pastels and watercolours. Now my works are presented at national and international exhibitions. Literature with graphic illustrations have also been published.
What brings you joy in life? I do what I love and enjoy it.
What am I drawing? Everything. I have an incredible need to draw. I cannot stop on one thing and I draw all the time, I’m interested in people, nature and its various states.
In my work I use the Unison Colour Pastel for writing portraits and landscapes. This pastel is soft, pigmented and with a big choice of palettes. Using it gives a lot of pleasure!
