Soft Pastel Techniques in Floral Painting
Music, as example of art, includes wind, keyboard and string instruments. Someone says that the piano is universal and can replace any instrument and even the entire orchestra.

I’m in love with painting from my childhood while also attending the art school when I was a teenager. But it was only aquarelle, charcoal and oil available for me back then.
But a lot of times I was aiming my sight to the pastels, although I was not able to get quality medium I was fascinated with this material. Several years ago, I had a chance to watch a Youtube video of Les Darlow. And with my existing pastels I was not able to create anything similar to Les’ creations, until I passed through the statement that it was only possible to create something magical with high quality professional pastels Unison.
As soon as I had a chance, I purchased a 72 starter set of Unison Colors. This was a start of my fabulous journey to the world of pastels.
My favorite subject is nature and especially flowers with their variety of forms and tints. It’s a great pleasure to look for the colors in the reach variety of pallet of Unison Color to create a wonderful “portrait” of the flower as each of them has its own appearance.
